What time is it?

Flat circular clock made up of four horizontal rings that revolve and meet at one midpoint to show the day, date and time. This is indicated by a vertical line that shows the point of alignment. The lowest ring shows the dates. The ring above that shows days of the week. The ring above that shows hours in the day from 1 to 12 written in Roman numerals. The top ring shows number 1 to 12 in Roman numerals. Atop the clock is a golden map of Australia.
